New Haven City SC is an NPSL expansion team set to kick off in 2025. Fun fact: New Haven was home to the first public tree-planting program in the U.S., which created a canopy of mature trees—especially big elms—that earned the city its nickname, The Elm City.
We teamed up with the investment group bringing the club to New Haven to build a brand that felt authentically local. Leaning fully into the Elm City identity became our focus. From the colors and custom typography to the primary and secondary marks, the brand is rooted in growth, energy, and the city’s deep historical connection to green spaces.
